Within a few hours, Angelica had compiled listings that were perfectly match to my needs and had showings scheduled within hours. I was looking for properties for months with other agents with no results. She had a good understanding of the market, was never pushy, and always willing to look at other properties. I generally felt like she was concerned about Finding the right property and making the best deal. I absolutely would use Angelica again.

Angelica did an outstanding job assisting me with the purchase of my condo! Her experience in the markets geographic area was instrumental in determining a competitive purchasing price, while considering the future resale value for the area. Angelica was very involved in all aspects of the closing she was friendly responsive and always gave great advice.

Monica provided outstanding service during our rental search in the Miami area. She was friendly, responsive and receptive to our wishlist. Monica is very knowledgeable about the market and offered clear direction and support throughout the process which can be a bit daunting for newer residents to the state. I would recommend Monica to anyone looking to purchase or rent in Miami!

Dear Angelica, Rey and I want to thank you for all your help in the purchase of our home in Miami. From the moment we met you we felt we were in excellent and very capable hands. You listened very carefully to what type of home we were looking for and we got exactly that — a home secure and safe in a gated community, great amenities, excellent location, walking distance to groceries, restaurants, and shopping. We are loving it here every minute, especially the spectacular views from the 38th floor, an added bonus! You managed to find us a place we now call our home-sweet-home. Your knowledge in the area and experience in real estate are definitely your areas in strength. You are professional and a very nice person, and we’re very fortunate to have met you. Thanks again, Angelica. Sincerely, Lolita & Rey

Angelica is very helpful in buying a condo in Miami. She's got very good knowledge of the area and guided us through the process. We were able to buy the condo of our choice after one visit to Miami. I've recommended her to my friends who are planning to buy. Highly recommend her.

Angie was fantastic. As we were from out of town, she picked us up and took us to each viewing of potential properties. She got to know us and what we liked very quickly. Her advice and service were awesome! We bought an amazing condo. We highly recommend Angie.

Mrs. Angelica Gomez is a real expert who strives to find her clients their dream home. She has worked with me for ten months in my journey to find my retirement home, and I have not been the most accessible customer to work with living in a different time-zone and not familiar with the Miami market nor locations. During this time, she has presented five properties that she highly recommended, that I did not move on, and that was my BIG mistake, looking back now, I would have purchased any of the five; wish I could turn back the clock! What I value most of all from Mrs. Gomez: • Always prompt in returning calls and/or text • She knows the market • Always a professional • Patient • Great Customer Service • She does not give up and continues my difficult search. She has an impeccable work ethic, and I know we are close to finding my retirement home in Miami. We have a plan to make multiple offers this week. I am not going to miss out AGAIN! Sincerely, “Picky Customer” LTC (Ret) Army
